how to change opacity value for all highlights?

I'd like to know how to change opacity value for all highlights? e.g. value 100 for all highlight parts.
If it can be done through settings-advanced options, it will be perfect.

the opacity is the "Alpha" channel so usually #aarrggbb (NOTE FF is the maximum 255, and 00 is invisible but still applied)

My edit is:
Cmd = CmdCreateAnnotHighlight #99963228 openedit
Key = Shift + S
ToolbarText = Opacity

Problem:

1. when I choose what I want, press "Shift+S", then it changes to Doubleclick in the top-left #99 963228, this is so wonderful.
   However, it also shows annotation edit bar on the right. I do not want this edit bar.
   It seems function like "Shrift+A" in your released versions.
   SO how to change it to function like "a" in your released versions.

2. "Opacity" button on tool bar, seems have no function. I click it but no results.

3. I have create many themes, is there any way to jump to what the theme I like Best, for example, jump to Readmodel2.
   How to create a "Favourite Model" at the Tool Bar.

1. Remove the openedit part they can have any all or none of these instructions equal to Editor, Ctrl+ C, Ctrl+ V

• openedit : boolean, false if not given
• copytoclipboard : boolean, false if not given.
• setcontent : boolean, false if not give.

2. Toolbar text is sometimes limited to when it applies so It is when I select the word on the left (Yellow selection) it makes them active then I can click on red green blue or whatever and is setcontent is included then the content of the coloured area is transferred to editor but if I don't add openedit then it would not open

3. the only simple internal command for themes is to goto "NEXT theme" so no easy way to select one via toolbar (there are too many options) In answer to similar question I have shown a "workaround" for a concept of edit the settings file where current theme is SET and name can be edited automatically via click an ExternalViewers command . Another way to make a theme selector is use AHK (autohotkey) and emulate the multiple keystrokes so for example in English would be
Emulate ALT+ S T SSSSSSSS until you get to the correct selection (try that on your keyboard)

My edit is above. The intereting thing appears as:
When I choose and click [S] on the toolbar, then the content is turned to the colour what I want, and it does not transfer to editor. However, if I use "Shift + S", the contect is turned to the colour, and at the same time, it also transfer to editor.
Have no idea how it works like this. But I am ok with this. Thanks for your support.

I've made the change bafb5dd so that Shift doesn't open annotations edit window for user defined shortcuts

That's because when handling commands in FrameOnCommand() we do:

bool openEdit = GetCommandBoolArg(cmd, kCmdArgOpenEdit, IsShiftPressed());

where IsShiftPressed() always sets openedit flag. This is for build-in shortcuts but admittedly confusing for user shortcuts, especially those with shift in the shortcut
