Ferramenta Mostrar Marcadores "inativa" no SumatraPDF

Olá, gostaria de saber o motivo pelo qual não é possível ativar a opção "Mostrar Marcadores" em alguns arquivos. Até aparece a opção (mas a mesma não está ativa)? [Comando: Botão direito do mouse no documento aberto> Opção "Mostrar Marcadores" ou F12].

The file must include "outline" entries normally a web page does not save those but if the instruction at time of print includes ADD them then they will be available OR you add with a PDF EDITOR
