bin.js is uploaded alone

If you look at the source of the package uploaded to npmjs.com:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/hai-server?activeTab=code

You can see that there is a bin.js file in the lib/clic/ directory. But nothing else. The other files are not uploaded.

Therefore, the package is unusable.

(This was also the problem with the 1.0.0 release.)

Could it be that the "directories": { "lib", "server"} etc. are missing in the package.json file? I understand that directories are where "npm publish" looks for the files that need to be uploaded?!?
