Iter 和 IterMut 實作中的 node.next.as_deref 和 node.next.as_deref_mut 其實是 compile 不過的，原文作者看起來是想讓讀者自己發現所以留了一段 NARRATOR。

真的要對的話要用以下的 as_ref & as_mut 才會過：

            unsafe {
                self.next = node.next.as_ref();
            }

            ...
            unsafe {
                self.next = node.next.as_mut();
            }

确实，我也是发现编译不过，说 *mut fifth::Node<T> 指针没有 as_deref 和 as_deref_mut 这两个方法，目前最新原文是使用的 as_ref 和 as_mut，不太清楚以前的版本是什么样子
