postfix relay destinations

How are the smtp endpoints for postfix set? I don't see anywhere to configure it at run time or a way to save the settings presistantly.

Hi,
there is shell script file that is installing Postfix when container runs first time.
https://github.com/sunggun-yu/docker-chef-server/blob/master/scripts/install_postfix.sh
and, it selects "Internet Site" as known as standard setting of Postfix for send-only.
