  I am Asadullah Hil Galib, a mobile application developer working on Islamic and educational apps. I am currently developing an Android application that provides authentic Islamic content to users in a structured and user-friendly way.

• Your purpose in using this API:
  I plan to use this API to fetch authentic hadith data for an Islamic mobile application. The hadiths will be displayed with proper references, translations, and categorization to help users learn and practice Islam easily. The API will be used strictly for educational and non-commercial purposes within the app.

• API rate limits:

  • Maximum requests per second: 5–10 requests per second
  • Maximum requests per day: Approximately 10,000–20,000 requests per day

• Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
  Programmatic API access is preferred, as it allows fetching updated data dynamically and supports features like search, filtering, and language-based retrieval. However, an offline dump could also be useful for caching and offline access within the application.

• What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
  Arabic, English, Bengali, Urdu, Hindi (hi-IN)

• What programming language will your API client be in?
  Kotlin (Android / Jetpack Compose)
