Please allow pgls.jsonc

additionally to postgres-language-server.jsonc please allow reading config also from pgls.jsonc

It's just that it's simpler to type it :)
I already renamed postgres-laguage-server binary to pgls, after noticing this abbreviation is used in various places in this repo

Actually --config-path can be used for this, which provides enough reusable abstraction
