remove supautils custom script for pgmq

This is just to prove the test failure. Essentially the `drop_queue` is not patched to remove the partitioned argument: - pgmq | pgmq | drop_queue | queue_name text > + pgmq | pgmq | drop_queue | queue_name text, partitioned boolean >
