[1.7.10] Water Color copies Foliage Color

I can't change water and foliage color separately, it just uses foliage color for both.

Current config:

chcEnderForest = forBiomes(61)

#Biome Colors
chcEnderForest.set("grassColor", 2752611)
chcEnderForest.set("foliageColor", 23854)
chcEnderForest.set("waterColor", 18485)

After launching, the output for Ender Forest says this:

"Grass Color": "2752611",
"Foliage Color": "23854",
"Water Color": "23854",
