New: Calendar Merge Integration

Hi folks! Just showing off a new project I made to merge multiple Home Assistant calendar entities into one. A perfect use case is Mealie, which creates (in my opinion too many) calendars for each meal plan.

Note: this is a separate integration that installs separately via HACS. These two projects are unrelated except that one sparked the idea for the other.
