Breaking Change

• The styling for combine_calendars: true is no longer stripes.
• combine_style (new) sets the style of combine_calendars. Valid options include bars(default),stripes(legacy), anddots`.
• combine_background (new) sets the background of a combined event when combine_style is set to bars or dots. Valid options include neutral (default), primary, or any valid hex color code. This is ignored when combine_style is set to stripes.
