- Recalculate billing scenarios table with new rate:
  - Weekend hacker: ~$18 PAYG (was ~$15)
  - Light CI: ~$16 PAYG (was ~$24)
  - Part-time dev: ~$37 PAYG (was ~$76)
  - Full-time dev: ~$69 PAYG, ~$37 with plan (was ~$152, ~$87)
