Some people simply cannot perform the chicken dance

Simon Phipps pointed out that due to disabilities or religious customs, many people would be unable to perform the chicken dance. In addition, forcing them to produce a video might be an economic discriminator. We might want to implement some sort of "As you are able" language, but in some way that doesn't compromise the legal binding of the license.
