Crash when FL project opened in 4k resolution

Bug Description:
When I add Surge to my FL Studio project, save & close the project and re-open it, FL Studio gets stuck loading forever, but only when my monitor resolution is set to 4k, with 1080p it works just fine.

1.4.nightly.d112957

• Plugin Type: VST3
• Bitness: 64-bit

Reproduction Steps:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new FL Studio project and add Surge XT
2. Save the project and close FL Studio
3. Re-open FL Studio and open the saved project

Computer Information (please complete the following!):

• OS: Win10
• Host: FL Studio
• Version: 20.0.3

@mkruselj I don't have a 4K monitor at hand, but I will try on my high resolution laptop and mess with scaling settings in Windows and FL to try and repro.

@Tobito99 I wasn't able to reproduce this with the multiple combinations of displays and scaling factors I have. For what it's worth, FL 20.0.3 was released in 2018, there could well be a bug/crash from FL that has been fixed since then.

Could you please try on the latest version if you can?
