Add more date range presets and turn them into dropdowns #674

Description

Regarding the options, the most popular ones are generally these:

This year to date (i.e. from 1 January to today - in this case, 29 December)
Last year (1 Dec 2024 to 31 Dec 2024)

I’ve just gone through my tools again and didn’t see a Year to Date (YTD) option (what was called Past 12 months).
Users tend to compare year over year - they look either at the current year/quarter/month or the previous one, even if it’s not complete.

I don’t really see a case where a user would need data split across two years.

All reports “think” in these categories; research compares period to period.

  • It seems to me that all controls should be changed into two dropdowns that would cover all commonly used options:

Dropdown №1
Placeholder: Last month

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 14 days
  • Last 28 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last week (starts Sunday)
  • Last week (starts Monday)
  • Last month
  • Last quarter
  • Last year

Dropdown №2
Placeholder: This month to date

  • This week to date (starts Sunday) (28 Dec - 28 Dec)
  • This week to date (starts Monday) (22 Dec - 28 Dec)
  • This month to date (1 Dec to 28 Dec)
  • This quarter to date (1 Oct to 28 Dec)
  • This year to date (1 Jan to 28 Dec)
