Enhance vRAN Acceleration and CPU Pinning chapters (#976)

* Enhance vRAN Acceleration and CPU Pinning chapters

* Clarify vRAN acceleration hardware (ACC100/vRAN Boost) and form factors
* Restructure vRAN chapter using subsections to enhance readability
* Update VF config example from 1 to higher number
* Add a link to SRIOV chapter for completeness of vRAN accel config
* Unify all CPU pinning config steps into a single chapter

* Apply suggestions from Alberto's code review
