How to run the bot after installing? 

I've installed everything, but how do I run the bot? 
I connect my phone using Vysor, I type "python answer_bot.py" in CMD, it tells me to press s to screenshot live game, sampq or q. I type s and it says "reading screen" all the time and nothing works. What do I have to do?
