Pagination to improve performance & support large data sets.

Make use of Apollo's pagination utilities to reduce initial data transfer size, and better handle cases where there are more than 2000 item to query, like users. Pairs themselves are rapidly approaching 1000, and I'm sure there's way more than 2000 tokens already.
