Update Documentation (README) to include Supported Python versions #5

Hello Sir @Orbiter, I am Forcha Pearl from Cameroon , please I am intrested in working on the Susi Poject during the GSOC 2026 period.
I encountered the error on Python 3.15 as shown in the image bellow:
Currently, the documentation does not specify the maximum supported Python version. Since this project depends on Numba, installation fails on Python 3.15+ because Numba does not yet support it.
May I update project documentation to clearly state the supported Python versions.
