ImportError: cannot import name create_prompt_application #11
Description
The current build is incompatible with recent versions of the prompt-toolkit package. A similar issue affected Jupyter previoulsy, but it has since been repaired. I think current versions of Jupyter require prompt-toolkit version >3.0.0, which is incompatible with the prompt-toolkit version required for this package. This makes it difficult to integrate with up-to-date instances of Jupyter lab.
