Run as Windows Service

Is it possible to run it as a Windows Service?
It looks possible to start it using sc [command] [service name] ...

like sc.exe \localhost create ssl-proxy binpath= c:\ssl-proxy.exe

but how to add "from 127.0.0.1:4430 to 127.0.0.1:8000"

Was able to install it as a Windows Service by:
sc create ssl-proxy start= auto binpath= C:\temp\ssl-proxy\ssl-proxy.exe

Now to repair the Error 1053 meaning that a Windows service fails to start within a specified amount of time.
