Including of ww file into the check and file copying

Variance reduction is critical to most calculations, this feature is very important and should be straightforward to add to the current script. Specifically, weight window files must be copied by the script to the run directory

• identify the input conditions where wwmesh and wwout files are needed
• appropriately check for the existence of the input file
• investigate the feasibility of generating wwfiles in condor setup
