We need to fully deprecate this library. We only use it for XSD validation.

We should have XSD validation in our library because the XSD files are a core part of ensuring ISO20022 compatibility.

Currently libxmljs is only used in our test environments, but it's still important we work to fully deprecate it. Whatever the alternative is it needs to be easy to install using npm i.

fast-xml-parser doesn't do XSD validation.. so unfortunately it doesn't solve our issues yet
