hooks.server.js and the load at login function don't work in production

Problem:

1. When you log in successfully, you will not be redirected to the desired page
2. The load function on the login page does not work when checking whether there is a user or not. If there is a redirect to the desired page, but it doesn't work

Note: for tokens, they are already stored in cookies. cookies are also valid.
