Crash reporting from error.html

Hi there everyone.

Awesome with the new focus on error handling in Svelte 2.0. This made me think about something that, of course never happens in your app, but occasionally happens in mine. The error.html file 🫣

How do you report errors from here? I'm thinking about adding a Sentry script to this file but I would like to hear if you report errors from this file.
