After upgrade to kit 1.1.0 or 1.1.1 all redirects thrown 500 error

With any redirect in +layout.server.js I get "undefined" in console, and error 500. Also happens in others +page.server.js. With kit 1.0.12 and below there is no errors at all.

For example in +layout.server.js

Yes yes yes! I can confirm it is related to #8523 . I need to delete the folder two times to fix it.
