Why the console print multiple times ?

I have sample code for timer in +page.svelte

It start to print automatically in devtool.

And it print automatically in terminal.

It print two times in a second.

Why does it run multiple times on server side ?

If I don't refresh page it just print two times only.

Whenever I refresh page, it print one more time additionally again.
