Can I do whatever I want with history.state, i.e. .replaceState()? I've seen some "sveltekit:index": <long number> in former

I need to fully control history.state in my app, so I wonder what I am going to miss when overwriting this "sveltekit:index": <long number> (I did already and haven't noticed any drawbacks, e.g. a back without a reload still works, so I'd thought I better ask)
