Svelte 5.2.11 Error: Maximum call stack size exceeded (svelte)

Describe the bug

After update from 5.2.10 I get errors Error: Maximum call stack size exceeded (svelte) when running npm run check on a couple of files pointing to the 1:1 lines of these files.

Reproduction

Not sure what causes it and there is no additional information in the error that could be helpful.
