Svelte 5: event hanlding with ontouchstart

Describe the bug

i faced below problems

1. ontouchstart does not work insidue <script>
2. parent.addEventlistner called before child. ontouchstart unless i also attach addEventlistner to child

not sure if it is because my misunderstanding on how bubbling works , i thought child should be called first no matter it is ontouchstart or addEvent ....

Svelte 5 uses event delegation for performance, if you manually add event listeners in code, you need to use on to preserve the firing order.

import { on } from 'svelte/events';
// ...
on(parent, "touchstart", () => {
	console.log("parent")
})

on(child, "touchstart", () => {
	console.log("child 2")
})

(By the way, issues can be edited via a context menu in the top right; you did not need to create 4 issues 😅)
