Reactivity is lost when the `failed` snippet of a `svelte:boundary` is rendered

Describe the bug

If you update some state that is rendered in the svelte:boundary failed snippet it doesn't update.

it does seem to work when the error is in the template:

It also works with errors in $effect but not $effect.pre...if i remove the queue_microtask before the snippet rendering it works (but obviously breaks other cases so it's not really a solution)...i feel like there's some sort of race condition at play here.

Ok i think i found the actual problem...since we are rendering the snippet with_boundary the parent effect is the boundary effect and not the actual effect.
