CSS class passed to component is marked as unused

Describe the bug

When a CSS class is passed to a component, as opposed to a native element, it's marked as unused. See reproduction for more info.

This is expected: class has no special meaning for components, furthermore when you add a class to an element svelte includes an extra class to scope css solely to this component instance...so even if it was marked as used it would still not work.
