Danger suggestion in basic recommendations

Describe the bug

When you have <video> tag in your component we have suggestion to add <track> inside as recommended.
But from support table at MDN you can find that Safari doesn't support <track> Actually WebRTC video doesn't work in safari if you have <track> inside.

Reproduction

Unfortunately don't have now. Already fixed on prod

Expected behaviour

Remove that recommendation, or say that it's dangerous to use it in svelte.

Where in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/track#browser_compatibility does it say that track doesn't work in Safari? All I see is that it's supported since Safari 6, released in 2012.

As an aside, we use <track> inside a <video> on the SvelteKit homepage and the captions display just fine in Safari, so Safari does at least support <track> in this case: https://github.com/sveltejs/kit/blob/81432d135a472d0e421bf8ca945d98769296fa97/sites/kit.svelte.dev/src/routes/home/Video.svelte#L119

We'll need a reproduction/better documentation of what doesn't work in Safari if we're to add a warning.

You may check it on IPhone XS Max - the link with track will not show video, but link without track works as expected.

It took a month to find a reason why videos are broken on IPhone MAX 16.x.x (and working on normal IPhone). I suggest to remove that recommendation now (we actually added that tag because of hint from svelte-check) because if you need iphone mobile devices support - it's very hard to find out that on some phones that recommendation causes broken video without any explanation what was wrong.
