Publish app and make available in the company portal

Is het possible to add a parameter when publishing a app and making it available to users to also enable the the switch available in in the company portal?

Do you mean the Deploy-WtWin32App command? That has an -AvailableFor AllUsers option, which will make this app available for all users in the tenant.
