v0.9.0-beta.1 last release of old codebase

This release is the last and final release of the old codebase. I hit a dead-end and had an epiphany afterwards. Decided to rewrite the entire thing.

Near v1

After months of not working on this project, I've been working on it a lot lately.
This release marks the first release where I implemented a lot of the reboot issues

This version is SO MUCH FASTER that I just had to share it with everybody.

⚠️ Expect breaking changes ⚠️

The handling of the proxy connections changed so much that you're bound to have breaking changes, but you should get a feeling for the new api.

Thank you for the kind words.
Planning a new beta today, did a rewrite to kestrel.
But if you tried version 0.9.0-beta.1 the api mostly stayed the same.

The kestrel version will be blazing fast!

@sqlnew may I ask where you would be using this for?
