Publish to Maven Central?

Great work, but given https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/ we don't have an available artifact. Also https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/nl.vroste/play-json-optics_2.13/0.2.0.0 is showing a vulnerability. How best to progress this?
