Support for OpenAPI 3.2.0

OpenAPI 3.2.0 was released on Sep 19, despite not being available in the Swagger website yet (as of this writing).

I couldn't find any issue to add support for OpenAPI 3.2.0 in the Swagger Editor, so I am opening this one.

Thus, this issue requests to add support for OpenAPI 3.2.0 in the Swagger Editor.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I realized that support in Swagger Editor is only possible after ApiDOM supports the new spec version, so I opened swagger-api/apidom#5046.
