SIMD support in WASM？

Since rust 1.54.0 and Chrome 91 supports SIMD now

swc@v2 does not have to support users who does not use chrome?

I found Firefox 90 and Node.js 16.4 also supports SIMD, so the problem is Safari.

Some users have cpu without aes-ni. I think enabling sse2 can be ok in future, but I'm not sure about more than it.
