Description of workshops (e.g., novice, intermediate)

we need a clear description of the workshops to send out to the students. Often, people complain that the level of the workshops wasn't clearly stated in the ad, so we get frustrated advanced learners in novice workshops. Some of the emails needed during the workshop setup could be in templates too. @igldpc
