macOS Files within Lesson Content Download

What is the problem?

When downloading the shell lesson data it was noticed that the directory contains files from the macOS file system:

• A __MACOSX directory
• shell-lesson-data/.DS_Store

This caused some confusion for trainees running the course on other systems such as Linux, I think there was some concern as to what these files were.

@kzscisoft Thank you for reporting this!

@bkmgit I seem to recall some conversation about generating shell-lesson-data.zip from GitHub CI instead of manually creating the zip file, but can't seem to find that conversation in our GitHub issues. Do you recall?

@omsai Can use CI. Probably easier to first update manually, then use CI for lesson verification and update of the data files, but this may take some time.
