Any consideration for incremental builds?

I saw some blog posts with this (https://github.com/johnno1962/xcodemake) being used for XcodeBuildMCP, would be interesting to see how it may integrate with Sweetpad if at all.

Any other ways to not have to do full xcodebuilds every time we need to run at the moment that I may be missing?
