Looking to edit a scheme and build & run with it

Hey folks,

I want to edit a scheme and run it using Sweetpad. Right now if I edit the scheme in Xcode and try to run it with Sweetpad in Cursor, it doesn't respect the changes. I.e. my only option AFAIK is to run in Xcode.

The use case is setting the App Language so I can quickly test RTL.

Any tips on how to proceed or clarification if this is even possible?
