Feature request: Swift Testing support

Swift Testing files (new as of Swift 6.0) are not individually parsed, and do not appear in the test pane, as discussed in #19 and implemented in #54 and #67. These should ideally be detected and supported alongside the XCTest system, like in Xcode.

When using the XCTest framework, a test button appears next to the line (in the editor gutter).

However, when using the Swift Testing framework, the test button does not appear next to the line.

Because of this issue, I can’t migrate my test code to the Swift Testing framework.
Does what I’m describing match this issue? @BrennanColberg

Which part should be fixed to resolve it? Should this be addressed in SweetPad, or in vscode-swift?
Any tips or guidance would be appreciated. @hyzyla
