Only use @ for mention

Is it possible to use only @ for mentions and not the +.

Currently that's not possible, you would have to manually filter out the mentions you're not interested in.

I think it would be a good enhancement to offer the ability to configure which prefixes should be checked and possibly allow for a custom prefix to be specified. I will try and find some time over the weekend to make these changes, otherwise a PR would be great!

Hey @swelham Thanks for responding to the request. I will hit the manual mode with the filtering as you suggested.

And hey I wanted to mention upfront that I have no knowledge of using github or git, even though I made a github repository years ago following an online course. That info didnt stick with me. I am in the user category who hits download on the option to 'Clone or Download". Anyways thats regarding github and regarding phoenix and elixir I am absolute newbie in it.

Finding your gem to do the mentions parsing was like phew, its awesome to have this library while I am building (or at least trying to) a side project to learn elixir and phoenix.

Unfortunately I didn't get time this weekend, but it's on my todo list so hopefully I will find some time for it in the coming weeks.
