Link from swift.org points to deprecated extension

Just a heads up that https://www.swift.org/documentation/articles/getting-started-with-vscode-swift.html points to the deprecated extension and that the new extension is not verified, which i know is a PITA to setup up, but would help those that search 'swift' directly in the VScode extension pane as the new extension appears in 11th place due to the low (relative to the deprecated extension) install count.
