Auto parsing key-value from external TXT?

I'm too lazy to copy and paste every single key to the key manager. It'll be much better if the key manager could read the keys from a txt file. Those keys found on the internet all come in the form of "keyname (LOTS　OF SPACES HERE)      =keytext", maybe with some ";comments".
