Switcher Management - Upgrading Angular v14 to v16

Hi Switchers,

I am starting this thread to ask for your help with the upgrade of Switcher Management from Angular 14 to 16.
I've just started a new branch (angular16) with the initial changes required to make the project run.

Currently, this initial work has all dependencies and necessary changes to make the application at least run.
Most of the challenges are styling the UI as Angular has pretty much replaced the material framework with the MDC implementation and since there are tons of customizations made in the project the migration doesn't work as intended and I honestly don't want to use legacy components.

I will organize the main issues that need to be addressed for this upgrade for better visibility.
