[FEAT]LIBRAS – Attendance Count

The sign language congregations need to count the attendance differently. It’s necessary to record both the number of deaf attendees and the total attendance (deaf + hearing).
This also changes how we use the S-88 form. On the right side, we record only the number of deaf attendees, and on the left side, we record the total.
