[FIX] Error displaying local speakers

Describe the bug:

When adding a speaker from the local congregation to the "Outgoing Speakers" list, selecting the "Visiting Speakers" option in the weekend program displays local speakers, but without their names. (I'm sure the blank ones are the local speakers, because when I delete the local speakers, then the unnamed ones disappear.)

Is it normal for local speakers to appear in the "Visiting Speakers" list? Perhaps you could consider removing them from there and leaving them only in the "Local Speakers" list.

If it's normal for local speakers to appear in the "Visiting Speakers" list, why do their names appear blank?

It seems I've found the reason. Strangely, when adding a new congregation to the speaker catalog, the system doesn't automatically detect the congregation number. So if I open the newly added congregation and want to edit the congregation data, Organized throws a critical error. So, to fix the problem, I have to edit the JSON and manually add the numbers of the new congregations. I discovered that, even though the number is in my congregation settings, it isn't replicated for local speakers. So they are detected as if they were speakers from other congregations. So I added my congregation number to the JSON for the local congregation in the speaker catalog as well, and that solved the problem. Now local speakers only appear when you choose to schedule a local speaker.
