New version available to install, dual-pol feature has been added to the package

The new version has been released, and the new feature has been added per the users' requests. Check the example notebook out at https://github.com/syedhamidali/PyScanCf/blob/master/Examples/Dual_pol_example-Copy1.ipynb

You'd have to update the package, e.g.,
pip install pyscancf
or
pip install git+https://github.com/syedhamidali/PyScanCf.git
